The high-precision flange spindle design of the gantry grinder adopts a flange spindle for the transverse grinding head, matched with a bearing-less design, three-way fit, and pre pressure treatment. The spindle runout is within 2 μ. This structural design gives the spindle ultra-high grinding rigidity and precision matching hydraulic and refrigeration systems, ensuring the spindle’s working condition.
Adopting an imported CNC system, it is easy to operate and improves efficiency.
Longmen grinding worktable, equipped with Turcite-B and precision manual scraping, reduces damping coefficient, prevents low-speed crawling, and ensures smooth operation and grinding accuracy of the worktable.
The base is designed with double V-shaped guide rails, ensuring good straightness and ensuring the flatness and equal thickness of the workpiece. It can be re ground to ensure the service life and accuracy of the machine.
Disk design: Due to the fact that the grinding machine mainly processes steel, the magnetic iron absorption property is utilized to tightly adhere the workpiece to the surface of the disk, without the need for other complex clamping, greatly improving the clamping speed.
