Laser Welded Finned Tube Winding Machine

Laser welded finned tube winding machine is a kind of production equipment that spirally wraps the steel strip around the base tube and simultaneously welds the steel strip and the base tube together by means of laser welding to form finned tubes. It features firm welding, uniform fin spacing and attractive appearance, and can realize welding with small fin spacing. During the laser welding process, the heat is relatively concentrated, which hasthe advantage of lower power consumption.

5. The use of Mitsubishi servo system combined with Mitsubishi PLC makes
the forming of spiral finned tubes more precise.
