1. Workbench
The machine tool worktable is made of high-quality gray cast
iron castings, with strong wear resistance and good compressive performance.

2. Seat and trailer (X-axis)
The bed and trailer are made of HT300 high-quality material
casting as the foundation of the whole machine, with strong rigidity and good
shock absorption performance.
The bed guide rail adopts high-precision roller linear guide rail, and the screw rotating heating component adopts water-cooled temperature control technology, effectively solving the accuracy error caused by thermal extension.
3. Sliding saddle and sliding pillow (Z-axle box dual
drive structure)
The large sliding saddle is made of high-strength and
high-quality castings as the basic component of the mobile sliding pillow, with
strong rigidity and good shock absorption performance. The large diamond shaped
structure of the sliding pillow is made of high-strength ductile iron 600-3
casting, which has undergone three aging treatments; Double swing head matching
slider with a cross-section of 450 × 450mm square slider has strong rigidity,
low inertia, and excellent high-speed performance.
The slider guide rail adopts high-precision roller linear guide rail, matched with slider constrained Z-direction guide rail support, with strong spindle suspension rigidity and excellent high-speed performance. The transmission system adopts a servo motor directly connected to drive the ball screw. The double screw drive system on both sides of the slider uses water-cooled temperature control technology for the screw rotating heating component, effectively solving the accuracy error caused by thermal extension. Ensure smooth Z-direction feed reversal and fast dynamic response.
4. Double beam structure (Y-axis)
The large beam is cast as a whole and processed through
aging treatment; Large cross-section, strong rigidity, low inertia, and
excellent high-speed performance. It can effectively solve the problem that the
spindle center of the machine tool will run away with the change of ambient
temperature in the workshop environment.
The crossbeam guide rail adopts high-precision roller linear guide rail layout, with large span, strong rigidity, and good seismic performance.
